Belle Âme Esthetics LLC offers skincare treatments, beauty services, and related products. Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
2. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. (see cancelation policy).
- Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a fee. Less than 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% off the service fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
3. Payment and Refunds
- Payments for services and products must be made at the time of booking or upon completion of the service.
- All sales are final. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
- Membership and package fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before receiving treatments.
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions if medical information is not fully disclosed.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Belle Âme Esthetics LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
