Refund Policy

At Belle Âme Esthetics LLC, we strive to ensure client satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully:
- Services: Due to the nature of skincare and beauty services, all treatments are non-refundable once completed.
- Retail Products (In-Studio Purchases): All retail sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged at the time of purchase, or unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase (management approval required).
- Online Orders: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged in transit.
- Gift Cards: Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another client.
Memberships: Membership services not used within the billing cycle do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.
Credit Card on File: A valid card is required at the time of booking to secure appointments.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time or missed entirely will incur a 50% fee of the booked service price, charged to the card on file.
No-Shows No Call: These appointments will be billed at 100% of the service rate.
Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a no-show.
