Glow Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership Commitment

  • All memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 months and renew automatically each month.
  • A credit/debit card on file is required.
  • Membership payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Unused membership perks do not roll over into the following month.
  • Membership fees must be paid by accepted credit cards; payments are non-refundable.
  • If a membership account is past due for more than 5 days, a $50 re-enrollment fee will apply. This includes expired or declined cards if a new valid card is not provided within 5 days.

Cancellation Policy

  • After the minimum term, cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice (text 936-955-8801 or email steph@belleameesthetics.org).
  • Membership pricing, promotions, and offers are non-transferable and for member use only (except the Bring-a-Friend perk).
  • Membership pricing cannot be combined with any specials or promotions.

Booking & Appointment Policy

  • 48-hour notice required for cancellations and reschedules.
  • Cancel or reschedules with <48 hours: $50 fee for membership treatments / 50% of service for standard appointments not included in the membership.
  • No-shows: Members forfeit that month’s treatment; standard appointments (charged 100%).
  • Late arrivals (15+ mins): May be charged in full with no service.
  • SWiCH™ follow-up appointments: $30 fee if canceled <48 hours or missed.

  • One facial per month – your choice from these treatments:
    • Signature Custom Facial – $130 value
    • HydroDiamond™ Facial – $160 value
    • HydroDiamond™ Facial + LED Therapy – $190 value
    • V-Tox Korean Firming Facial with LED – $190 value
    • Lux Lift Facial (Firming Peptide / Zombie Facial) – $190 value
    • Oxygen Rx Acne Facial – $160 value
    • Oxygen Rx Acne Facial + LED Therapy – $190 value

(Advanced corrective treatments such as MyoLift, SWiCH™, Microchanneling, and Chemical Peels are not included, but members receive 10% off these services if booked separately.)

  • 10% off all retail skincare products sold in the studio (online sales do not apply)
  • Priority booking – members receive first access to appointment times.
  • No checkout required – services are billed automatically each month.

🎁 Exclusive Member Bonus – Bring a Friend

  • Members may invite one friend per year for a complimentary HydroDiamond™ Facial.

Terms & Conditions for Bring-a-Friend Perk:

  • Member must have maintained three consecutive months of active membership before redeeming this perk.
  • Perk is valid for first-time guests only (new clients who have never visited Belle Âme Esthetics LLC).
  • The complimentary service is for a standard HydroDiamond™ Facial and must be booked under the new client’s name with the gifting members name in the notes of that appointment.
  • A Vagaro account and credit card on file are required for booking.
  • The friend must mention at booking that they are redeeming the “Glow Membership Bring-a-Friend Perk” and list the member’s name.
  • Appointment availability is subject to the studio calendar.
  • If the guest cancels with less than 48 hours or no-shows, or reschedules more than one time (even if given more than 48 hour notice) the perk is forfeited.

📌 Additional Notes

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Discounts apply only while membership is active and in good standing.
  • Not valid with any other current or future offers.
  • By joining a membership, you agree to these policies.
