CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY UPDATE– PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Your spa treatments at Belle Âme Esthetics are reserved especially for you. In order to respect both your time and ours, we ask that you kindly observe the following updated policies:
📌 Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Belle Âme Esthetics, your time is reserved just for you. Please note:
- 48-hour notice required for cancellations and reschedules.
- Less than 48 hours: $50 fee for members / 50% of scheduled service total fee for standard appointments.
- No-shows: Members forfeit their appointment for that month. Standard appointments are charged 100%.
- Late arrivals (15+ mins): May be charged in full with no service.
- Follow-up appointments for SWiCH Treatments: $30 fee if canceled within 48 hours or missed.
- MEMBERSHIP Bring-a-Friend perk: If a guest cancels late (within 48 hours) or no-shows, they forfeit the courtesy HydroDiamond™ appointment given to them.
By booking or joining a membership, you agree to these policies.
